Spend your days on Georgia’s Antebellum Trail. From adventure, to heritage, to recreation, all sprinkled with a little bit of soul, you will enjoy nearly endless pursuits to fill a day—or week. The seven communities have the common historical theme that has been well preserved, while offering varying additional sites. An eclectic fusion of amazing architecture blends smoothly with urban downtowns. From mom and pop diners to the home of the University of Georgia, the Antebellum Trail offers an authentic experience.
The Trail is self-guided, although we can put together itineraries based on preferences and needs.
A suggested itinerary for visitors may include 3 days and 2 nights.
A group may enjoy a more leisurely stroll along the trail, with a suggested itinerary to include 4 days and 3 nights. Group tour services include step-on guides, assistance identifying hotel/B&B group rates, arranging site visits, and coordinating attractions and dining.
